Aaaggghhh!

I was installing the latest and “greatest” version of Norton Antivirus when I realized that it wasn’t allowing me to access any of my drives… floppy, cd-rw, dvd-rom and dvd-rw. I dunno what I was thinking back then, I decided to check if Norton was indeed the culprit, so I resorted to using System Restore.

Something happened along the way that caused my system to hang after the required restart. I was not able to access System Restore again, plus all sorts of problems popped up… my dvd-rw drive wasn’t functioning properly, Yahoo messenger does not display any messages on the message window (mine or someone else’s), and I just discovered that I won’t even be able to add any new users to the system! This is just bullsh*t!

Now I’m trying to backup all my files so that I can do a system format. Tsk tsk… that’s what I get for trying out new technology! Its just too bad that after some time now, that this would be my latest post. :@
