As time runs out…

As the time for our departure gets closer and closer that I realize what I would be missing the most. Country, family and friends.

I met with my web team (well, at least half of them), and some close friends for the last time on August 2. And although it was more business that anything else, I can’t help but feel lonely… knowing that it will probably be a long time before I can see them again. Too bad Howard and Marlon was not able to attend. Maybe next time… like when you go to Australia?

Last night, I decided to head over to my mom’s place and spend the night there. We basically reminisced and talked a lot to the point that I was not really able to complete the things I was supposed to do. But it was then that I realized that even if I no longer spend most of my time with her, my mom will definitely miss me, Kitchie and of course, little Timothy.

But for everyone that will be left behind, I promise that we will do everything we can so that we can get back home as soon and as often as possible.
