The Christmas rush, Person of the Year

Six more days until Christmas. Just add procrastination, kids off from school and what do you get? A whole lot of Aussies trying to get their loved ones the perfect present.
Before going to work, Kitchie and I we at Rundle Mall, looking for a few things to give this Christmas. But with the time constraint and the amount of people out shopping, we just couldn’t get the most out of it…
We only managed to get Tim some milk and then a few other things before I needed to catch the bus. So yes, I wasn’t able to get the new Metallica dvd as I planned, but hopefully this by this Friday I might get the chance. JB HiFi will probably have enough on stock anyway.
Although Digg is under maintenance (as of this writing), last time I checked, it lead me to a story on Time Magazine featuring Internet users in general as the Person of the Year. Its a really nice gift for Christmas and the coming new year as well. Congratulations to all of us!
Update
Before finally calling it a night, I decided to check on Digg once more, and finally everything is up and running. Sporting a redesigned layout and features including categorized views… more reasons to frequently visit the site, aside from the tweak for the UI. Great work for the folks from Digg!
