The Holidays

My family’s experience in going back to Sydney was nothing short of a blast. Family and friends making sure we got to go to different places, despite the difficulties of getting to them. I especially felt closer with the Natividad family… their kind and warm-hearted thoughts were directed to us during our stay.

We miss the good times, and the food that we all shared back then. But what we miss the most is your company. Here’s hoping that we can spend more time with each other soon.

Outstanding Service

On one of our trips around Sydney, I bought for Kitchie a Sims 2 Pets game for her handheld. We never got to open the package though, since we were having fun with family and friends. Upon getting back home in Adelaide, while we were unpacking, we noticed that the game inside the case was not the one we paid for.

So we tried our luck and went to the EB Games store at Tea Tree Plaza and explained to them our dilemma. Without hesitation, they said they would replace it with the proper one.

Since winning a set of speakers from them a while back, I already saw how good the company was being run. Then add this latest event, and what you got is a company that is to be admired. Yes, it was probably one of their employees who made the mistake to begin with, but being able to resolve the issue despite the sale happening in a totally different state is highly commendable.

Thank you so much EB Games Australia for all the great stuff you’ve shown us!

Freebies!

Not having official Apple Stores here in Australia, Nextbyte is the next big thing when it comes to Apple Inc. products. Whether it be iPod or Mac stuff, they most probably have what you want.

That is why I tend to visit their website often, wanting to see what new deals they may have that I do not want to miss out on. So it was a wonderful surprise when I saw they were giving away free accessories for the previous generations of iPods.

We all went to check it out and is was true! And we did what every self-respecting iPod owner would do… treat ourselves to some free stuff. Pictured are all the great accessories we got for nothing (iPods not included of course).
