Macworld 2008 is almost upon us, and the time for speculations is almost at its end. The release of the 8-core Mac Pros and X-serve machines before the main event has everybody wondering… are there even better things in store for us?
For anyone remotely interested in Apple products, this is the event to keep your eyes and ears locked into. And for those planning to get new hardware, its always a good idea to wait until this event is over, if the time is anywhere near of course.
The banners recently put up at the Moscone Center where the event will take place does not help everyone’s curiosity, but instead gives more questions than answers… “There’s something in the air.”
If I were to base my thoughts on these words, I would have a few of things that I wouldn’t mind becoming a reality. Mind you that these are things I want to see and are in no way predictions of any kind.
First a GSM iPhone, where no one in Australia need not worry about whether Helstra (not a typo) would have a chance in getting this much-awaited hardware.
The second would be the ability for the iPhone and iPod Touch to sync to iTunes (the actual library, not just the store), so that we can finally get rid of the wires with the use of Bluetooth perhaps?
Finally, having wireless earphones for the iPod sounds really good too… and have some black colored ones on the side to match the iPhone and iPod Touch as the default earbuds.
Well, only a couple more days and everyone’s questions will finally be answered.
