Today is Timothy’s last day as a two-year-old, and what a year it has been for him. We’ve seen him grow from a pretty quite and observant baby, to a rather inquisitive and very outgoing little boy. The fact that he has so far retained the Filipino values we have taught him ever since is really very astonishing, and we hope that this continues as he grows up.

We wanted to find out if despite him wanting toy for his birthday, if he would accept just a kiss and a hug from good ‘ol mommy and daddy. The answer was no surprise, he says its alright. But of course, as parents, we try to keep things in good balance, reward the good actions and discipline the bad. And since Timothy has really been a good boy, there are a couple of nice surprises waiting for him in the closet come March 6th.

Kitchie and I don’t know who’s more excited, Timothy or both of us. Ever since we gave him his first present, Tim has been nothing less than loving and appreciative…

The photo is of little Timothy showing off his gifts from the Natividad family, brought over from Sydney by Inang. Thanks everyone!
