New stuff

A couple of days ago, I mentioned that I have finally started doing my own WordPress theme for the Telecommuter. And this blog won’t be the only site I manage that will make use of this great publishing system.
At first, I spent hours on end trying to find the right theme for my blog. But each time I end up short. And then I thought to myself, I have the skills and experience, why not do it myself? Although it took me a while to realize it, at least I have finally made the plunge.
Pictured above is a Photoshop mockup of what I am currently working on. There will still be some minor changes here and there, but for the meantime, this is what I have in mind. The theme will feature support for several plugins which I will get into more detail in the future.
For anyone wanting to give feedback and/or suggestions, please feel free to let me know through the comments section.
