Sephiroth

Since acquiring my own Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Play Arts collectible, I started scouring the web for the various ways of doing poses for Sephiroth.

Then I came across a Flickr photostream of Edward Lee. I was struck by how he combined the environment, lighting and any material immiediately available to him to create stunning photos.

I have been a long time fan of console and PC games, and I must say that seeing his collection of photos has also somehow stirred up my love for photography. It has been a very long time since I have done some serious photoshoots, but maybe once I get the time away from Web development, I would definitely like to give it another go.

Like Edward Lee’s photo of Sephiroth above? then go get more of the toy photography fix by visiting his Flickr photostream. If that’s not enough, I also stumbled upon the toybot studios photostream. You can also visit their blog here.
