Tim and the dinosaurs

It all started with little Timothy imitating Shrek’s roar. The ogre’s roar turned into a dinosaur’s when we got hold of “The Land Before Time” dvd from the library, and he was fascinated with them since.

For a while, Tim was playing with small toy dinosaurs. It was only until recently, when Kitchie noticed that each time he watches the dino flick, he starts playing with his little toy dinosaurs, mimicking what he sees on screen, and adding a little bit of dialogue between them. I myself noticed that there are even times where he mixes up stuff from the other movies and shows he really likes.

He can say Stegosaurus (really!) and T-Rex. Whenever his dinosaurs eat (he says they usually like paper), he does the munching sounds for them. And since he got his new toys, he makes sure to have them (even the small ones he calls babies) beside him as he sleeps. It will probably only be a matter of time until he decides to give them some of his food.
