After completing the new design for the blog, I spoke about having the photos page back up and running. It took me a while, but I finally started uploading photos to my Flickr account. What does this mean? Well, unfortunately, this doesn’t mean the photos page is working, but I am in the process of making all our photos (and I mean everything)available to family and friends.

Aside from regular client work, uploading our photos took most of my time yesterday, that is why no post was done yesterday. I previously blogged about scheduling on WordPress, but sad to say, I have yet to do any advanced posting for this week.

The first sets of photos I uploaded went through pretty quick. Then I noticed that as the years in my albums progressed, the longer it took for the files to upload. The growing number of photos and the quest for better image quality is the culprit for such long durations. This is for the better though. The better the quality of the photo, then the more things we can do with it.

There is still a long way to go until I can finally integrate my photos on the blog, and majority of which is the actual uploading. However, family and friends with a Flickr (or Yahoo!) account that add me as a friend / family can get a glimpse of what’s online so far.
