Return of the beast

Together with friends, we faced the first coming and after a few tries, successfully beat the demon over the network in the first Diablo game. The second, although features more multiplayer capabilities, was taken on by my lonesome, and again, all my efforts were rewarded… after what I think was about 4 tries. The Lord of Destruction expansion added even more value to the already loved Diablo franchise.

The third reincarnation of the beast will soon be hitting the PC and Mac as once again, as Deckard Cain returns and evil once more is rearing its ugly head as the Worldstone which gave balance to the world has been destroyed.

The witch doctor, a new character class introduced to the series will join the likes of the barbarian in the quest to defeat the monster and rid the earth of its evil. A total of 5 classes will be available for gameplay, the remainer of which will be announced at a later date.

And with the promised improvements on Battle.net for multiplayer, this looks more and more like a game that people (including myself) will be keeping an eye out for.
