A rather fun but somewhat eerie feeling came upon me as I saw myself travel through time… from the 1950’s all the way to the year 2000. Think Highlander… never aging… an immortal. Not really.
That’s just one of the fun things you will come across when you visit Yearbook Yourself. A website that allows you to upload any of your photo and through the magic of flash, transform you into what you could have been way back when.
My family and I enjoyed the site so much that we decided to do all photos for all the years for the 3 of us. Laughter filled the air every time we see a new photo and as we worked to make each one turn out better.
Like PhotoFunia, Yearbook Yourself is a real fun website you can spend some minutes on by yourself or with family and just having fun, then being able to share what you have created to other family members and friends is just classic.
For best results, try using a passport photo. I find that the lack in angles in these kinds of shots work better. And like what they say on the site, do not use one where you have glasses or anything obstructing the direct view of the face.
I also can’t help but notice that for some reason, photos for the males seem to work better than that for females. I’m guessing its either the hairdo or the actual poses that causes the issue.
Check out my photos from this collection on my photostream, or go and try it out yourself!
