Christmas Eve ’08

24 days after Timothy started his Christmas countdown, he’s finally reached the last tab on his calendar. Excitement is all over the place as the entire family is awaiting the clock to strike 12.

Our Christmas dinner made by Kitchie was really great! Roast beef, sour cream and chives mashed potatoes, some barbecued meat and some nachos, nuts and cherries on the side. The feast definitely filled up our tummies real quick.

This year, we started something new. Before the little padawan went to bed, Kitchie and I were telling him a Christmas story. As a start, we’ve chosen a pop up book entitled “An Aussie Night Before Christmas” over a cup of hot cocoa. The book was amazing and the cocoa was superb thanks to Kitchie.

And, as the little boy is tucked in his bed, Mr. and Mrs. Clause were both pretty busy making sure that the next day would be an even better experience for Timothy, who has definitely been a good boy the whole year.
