Game over – Heavenly Sword

I was actually about to finish this game, but the final boss battle became such a huge obstacle for me, that I actually set it aside in lieu of something else. Of course, I eventually finished off that other game so, having my wits back with me, I decided to give it another go. But before I go any further, let me just talk a little about the game.
You are a heroine entrusted by your clan to safeguard the “Heavenly Sword”, an ultimate weapon that is wanted by anyone and everyone ever wanting to rule the world. Events force you to use the sword, and the story evolves on how the weapon changes you and everyone else around you… both friends and enemies.
The environments on this game are just astounding. The music, is nothing short of epic. The action sequences… well, I just have to say that I want to play the game multiple times just to see all of Nuriko’s special moves.
Despite the grandoise presentation, there are some caveats as well.
For one, the camera angle seems to go astray once in a while, preventing you from seeing the enemy, yourself or both.
Battling Bohan with his black wings also tend to be a bit much. The actual length and width of the raven wings most often than not prevents you from seeing where your character is, and where your adversary will try to attack next. This particular one however may have actually been intended so as to make the game a bit harder to complete. For me however, this is a nuisance that hinders me from enjoying it in its entirety.
Knowing more about how the game works now than when I started, I can say that I am looking forward to playing in “Hell Mode”.
