GT5 in 2010!

Ever since it came out in the first generation Playstation console, I have been a fan of Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo. The next installment of The Gran Turismo franchise however, was taken so long, I feared that it would never see the light of day.
Thankfully, my fear of this title falling under the vaporware category has been alleviated. At the 2009 Tokyo Game Show, Sony has announced that GT5 will be coming to Japan in March of 2010. yes, that’s in Japan but, with a really great racing title such as this one, I doubt that it will take long for it to reach western shores.
The visuals seem to be pretty photo-realistic. And with the introduction of car damage (finally!), this would definitely be something to watch out for.
