Kitchie decided to make us a bit of a treat today, Tuna and Salmon sushi. While she was making them I decided to take my shot for today. I couldn’t take a photo of the tuna after this.

Today is Kitchie’s birthday. And what better way to celebrate than to get some time off work, have a wonderful lunch and spend the rest of the day just relaxing.

One of the other pleasures we miss being away from the Philippines is the plethora of food choices. Even cookies, at least the ones we like, are a bit harder to come by. Chips Ahoy! only recently made it to the supermarkets here.
