    I have always loved the cold weather better, but my old age is starting to make me think different. That is why seeing the flowers going back in bloom is a sight for sore eyes… as well as cold hands and feet.

    Christmas is getting very close and the month of December heralds the coming of summer. Contrary to what I have always thought of as a child, our Christmas down under has always been very warm and sunny.

    Like the proverbial camel in the desert, South Australians have truly started to feel the summer heat. Today, we were greeted with a scorching 41° in temperature, and at 40° by 6pm, it didn’t feel like we would get respite.
