Just a quick update. As you can tell, the new blog design is up. There are some minor tweaks I still have to perform, all of which will have to wait until we get back from the Philippines or if I have the time to do the changes.

I always thought that the design of a certain website no matter how good it is, must undergo even just a little bit of change every year, just to keep things fresh and interesting. For The Telecommuter, I thought it best to have a design revamp every year.

Moving to 2.8

Turning on Tweetie, I noticed that one of the hottest topics on Twitter today is the release of WordPress 2.8 – Baker, and realizing the fact that since 2.7.1, I could update my installation with just a click of a button, I did what any normal WordPress fan would and clicked.

I breathe a bit easier these days having finally been able to complete the BenCab Museum website. And what an experience it has been, having a sneak peak at the museum through the eyes of their photographers. It makes me feel that I was actually there.
